We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide part-time support for transportation and infrastructure projects in the Miami area.This role is ideal for someone who excels at document control, meeting coordination, and maintaining accurate project records in a fast-paced, project-based environment.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Coordinate and support project meetings (scheduling, agendas, materials, and minutes)</li><li>Record meetings when required and document key discussions, action items, and next steps</li><li>Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, submittals, and document control logs</li><li>Ensure project documentation is organized, complete, and up to date</li><li>Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and formatted documents</li><li>Proofread materials for grammar, clarity, and accuracy</li><li>Provide administrative support to project teams and assist with project delivery coordination</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent writing, grammar, and paraphrasing ability</li><li>Experience preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items</li><li>Experience managing project documentation and records</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience supporting construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects</li><li>Experience with document control or project coordination</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>This is an onsite position in Miami, FL</li><li>Part-time schedule based on project needs</li></ul>Why This Role<ul><li>Opportunity to support meaningful public infrastructure projects</li><li>Work alongside a professional and collaborative team</li><li>Gain experience in a fast-paced construction and project management environment</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 24.0 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have providing administrative support in a professional setting?</li><li>Do you have experience preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items?</li><li>Do you have experience with document control or managing project records?</li><li>Have you worked on construction, engineering, or infrastructure-related projects?</li><li>Are you comfortable working onsite in Miami, FL?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
