Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Coordinator &amp; Marketing Liaison to join our growing private outpatient psychiatry practice. This dual-role position is integral to both patient care coordination and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless administrative support and promoting the practice&rsquo;s services within the community.Key Responsibilities:Patient Coordinator:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing patient communications.</li><li>Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and payment processing.</li><li>Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining patient records and managing appointment calendars.</li><li>Coordinate care between patients and providers, ensuring a positive patient experience from initial contact through follow-up.</li><li>Address any patient concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.</li></ul>Marketing Liaison:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice&rsquo;s services, including online and community outreach initiatives.</li><li>Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to increase referrals and expand the practice's visibility.</li><li>Assist with organizing and promoting events such as workshops, webinars, or health fairs to engage the community.</li><li>Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in a patient coordination, medical office, or customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries in a compassionate and professional manner.</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare marketing or experience in a marketing role is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Suite and patient management software (EMR)</li></ul>Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; daily lunch break 1-2pmWhy Join Us?
