Patient Coordinator & Marketing Liaison

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Coordinator & Marketing Liaison to join our growing private outpatient psychiatry practice. This dual-role position is integral to both patient care coordination and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless administrative support and promoting the practice’s services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordinator:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing patient communications.
• Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and payment processing.
• Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining patient records and managing appointment calendars.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers, ensuring a positive patient experience from initial contact through follow-up.
• Address any patient concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.

Marketing Liaison:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice’s services, including online and community outreach initiatives.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to increase referrals and expand the practice's visibility.
• Assist with organizing and promoting events such as workshops, webinars, or health fairs to engage the community.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a patient coordination, medical office, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing or experience in a marketing role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and patient management software (EMR)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; daily lunch break 1-2pm
