Looking for an experienced Kitchen &amp; Bathroom Designer with strong sales and closing skills to join our showroom team.Position: Kitchen &amp; Bathroom DesignerLocation: Cherry Hill, NJRequirements:Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom designStrong sales, persuasion, and customer communication skillsExperience working directly with clients in a showroom environmentProficient in 2020 Design, KitchenPro, or similar design softwareAbility to read measurements, create layouts, and prepare estimatesOrganized, motivated, and team-orientedPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the USA cabinet marketPrevious showroom sales experienceStrong product knowledge and design-to-sale workflowJob Responsibilities:Consult with customers to understand their needs and budgetsCreate kitchen and bathroom designs and 3D renderingsPresent designs and pricing to clientsManage the sales process from initial consultation to closingConvert showroom traffic into completed salesWhat We Offer:Competitive base pay plus commissionStrong in-stock product selectionHigh showroom walk-in trafficLong-term growth opportunity in a professional environmentPay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
