Looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Designer with strong sales and closing skills to join our showroom team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom design

Strong sales, persuasion, and customer communication skills

Experience working directly with clients in a showroom environment

Proficient in 2020 Design, KitchenPro, or similar design software

Ability to read measurements, create layouts, and prepare estimates

Organized, motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the USA cabinet market

Previous showroom sales experience

Strong product knowledge and design-to-sale workflow

Job Responsibilities:

Consult with customers to understand their needs and budgets

Create kitchen and bathroom designs and 3D renderings

Present designs and pricing to clients

Manage the sales process from initial consultation to closing

Convert showroom traffic into completed sales
