Interior Designer (Model Homes)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients/home builders to determine project requirements, goals, and budget
- Develop and present design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, and material selection
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the design vision
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address any design-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design

Experience:
- 3 year in related interior design field. MODEL HOME experience stronly preferred.

-AutoCAD drawing- REQUIRED
- Proven experience in interior design- REQUIRED
- Proficient in Adobe and excel
- Familiarity with contract documents, including specifications and construction drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Budgeting experience to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,876.76 - $100,000.00 per year
