MDLBEAST is looking for a Stakeholder &amp; Project Associate to oversee stakeholder engagement, artist booking support, and operational project management within the Artist Booking department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that agreements with stakeholders are met and project objectives are achieved efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the music and entertainment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic environment.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Support coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects.</li><li>
Assist in tracking scope requirements and ensuring timely completion of key tasks.</li><li>
Provide administrative and logistical support for artist booking processes, coordinating with artists and agents under senior team guidance.</li><li>
Maintain positive relationships with artists, agents, and partners to enhance MDLBEAST's industry reputation.</li><li>
Collaborate with the production team to document and communicate artist requirements effectively.</li><li>
Work with the finance team to gather necessary documentation and assist in processing artist payment details.</li><li>
Organize elements of the artist hospitality program for a seamless and welcoming experience.</li><li>
Maintain updated records of bookings, communications, and changes, ensuring stakeholders are informed.</li><li>
Contribute to enhancing internal processes for artist booking and stakeholder coordination.</li><li>
Stay informed about music industry trends and support team efforts in providing competitive booking services.</li><li>
Attend meetings and industry events as required to assist senior team members in networking and relationship building.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
