Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting company initiatives through various aspects of our Rentals, Sales, and overall company marketing. The position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of our brand through innovative marketing solutions.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns including social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.</li><li>Manage content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, blog posts, and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools or Canva.</li><li>Optimize website content for SEO and manage websites to improve search rankings and user experience.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation platforms and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing plans.</li><li>Coordinate advertising sales efforts and support product management initiatives to align marketing activities with business goals.</li><li>Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.</li><li>Develop, facilitate and overseeing ALL print, on-line and website marketing.</li><li>Monitor performance marketing metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, print advertising, graphic design, social media management, or related roles.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for content creation.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML basics and website optimization techniques.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is preferred.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Prior experience in real estate marketing is a plus.</li><li>Ability to research market trends effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies.
