Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns including social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Manage content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, blog posts, and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools or Canva.
- Optimize website content for SEO and manage websites to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing plans.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts and support product management initiatives to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.
- Develop, facilitate and overseeing ALL print, on-line and website marketing.
- Monitor performance marketing metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, print advertising, graphic design, social media management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for content creation.
- Working knowledge of HTML basics and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
- Ability to research market trends effectively and translate insights into actionable strategies. Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
