 Main job duties and responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Supervise daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control measures to minimize waste, shortages, and overstock.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze supply chain performance, including delivery timelines, stock turnover, and cost control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics and transportation schedules to ensure efficient and timely distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper storage conditions and handling of food and non-food items in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation for perishable items to minimize expiry and waste.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand and plan supply requirements accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic supply chain reports including stock status, shortages, wastage, and cost analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with finance for invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and cost tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job&rsquo;s specialty.
 </li>

 Job requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Educational background and previous experience:
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Min. 6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the food &amp; beverage, hospitality, or cloud kitchen industry.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 Knowledge and Functional Skills:
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and reporting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze cost structures, supplier quotations, and price trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-solving ability with a focus on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
 </li>
