Main job duties and responsibilities:

Supervise daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to support uninterrupted kitchen operations.

Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control measures to minimize waste, shortages, and overstock.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.

Track and analyze supply chain performance, including delivery timelines, stock turnover, and cost control.

Manage logistics and transportation schedules to ensure efficient and timely distribution.

Ensure proper storage conditions and handling of food and non-food items in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation for perishable items to minimize expiry and waste.

Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand and plan supply requirements accordingly.

Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns in a timely manner.

Prepare periodic supply chain reports including stock status, shortages, wastage, and cost analysis.

Coordinate with finance for invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and cost tracking.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Min. 6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the food & beverage, hospitality, or cloud kitchen industry.
