What you'll do:

The Senior Instock Associate ensures optimal stock availability, inventory health, and efficient use of warehouse space for assigned categories (Food / Non-Food). The role manages demand forecasts, replenishment, stock levels, and space/capacity planning while minimizing out-of-stock % and excess inventory.

• Bachelor’s Degree B.tech or any related field.
• Own instock performance and availability for assigned category.
• Build and maintain forecasts, replenishment plans, and leading S&OP cycle.
• Monitor stock levels, OOS, overstock, and waste.
• Plan and optimize warehouse space and capacity usage.
• Support promotions and seasonal planning.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Provide actionable insights from sales, inventory, and space utilization data.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years in Instock, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management (e-commerce, retail, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL).
• Understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory KPIs, and warehouse capacity planning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining Proper Communication with all relevant stakeholders.
