<div>Description:

The Inventory and Procurement Specialist manages our inventory levels to support our operations efficiently oversees the procurement of materials. Candidates must be knowledgeable with and proficient in the following tasks:
Inventory Management:<ul><li>
Manage and maintain healthy inventory levels.</li><li>
Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory.</li><li>
Work with corporate inventory team on unique product stocking.</li><li>
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
</li><li>Lead annual inventory audit for the division.</li><li>
Analyze data and generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes.</li><li>
Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies related to inventory management.</li></ul>
Material Procurement:<ul><li>
Coordinate timely and cost-effective procurement of all materials.</li><li>
Monitor and track deliveries, taking necessary actions to meet production needs.</li><li>
Manage the generation of purchase orders, acknowledge receipts, and address backordered materials.</li><li>
Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory control.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing.</li><li>
Associates degree in in supply chain, purchasing or related field preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.</li><li>
Knowledge of manufacturing/warehouse operations and best practices.</li></ul>
Skills and Attributes:<ul><li>
Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office /D365 software.</li><li>
Customer oriented.</li></ul>
