Job Title: Site Engineer &ndash; Steel FabricationJob Summary: The Site Engineer for Steel Fabrication is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site steel fabrication and erection activities. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily steel fabrication and erection activities at the project site.</li><li>Interpret and implement structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Ensure proper alignment, fitting, welding, and installation of steel structures.</li><li>Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.</li><li>Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.</li><li>Ensure all work is carried out according to project timelines and deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation (work reports, material usage, site logs, etc.).</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in steel fabrication and erection works.</li><li>Good understanding of fabrication drawings and welding procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Site supervision and management</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Knowledge of welding techniques and steel structures</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD (preferred)</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Primarily site-based work</li><li>May require extended hours depending on project deadlines</li><li>Exposure to construction site environment</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
