Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and improve production processes to meet project requirements.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with fabrication, welding, and site teams for smooth workflow.
• Review drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Prepare production reports and update management regularly.
• Manage manpower allocation and machine utilization effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
