The Office Manager will organize and ensure that the day-to-day functions of designated locations<br>
operate smoothly, ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager is also<br>
responsible for developing intra-office communication, streamlining inventory control, and more.</div>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree, bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field or equivalent experience in a related field<br>
preferred.</li><li>
One (1) &ndash; Two (2) years of leadership experience preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.</li><li>
Demonstrated skills in medical practice management and data analysis.</li><li>
Ability to accomplish required tasks without supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to lead projects from inception to completion with management supervision.</li><li>
Must be competent in Microsoft software applications.</li><li>
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and customer service skills.</li><li>
Excellent phone etiquette.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Directs and manages, along with guidance from department leadership employees engaged in patient access and nursing operations.</li><li>
Builds strong positive communication with all staff and works as a team to enhance the success of the company.</li><li>
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the practice operations and oversees the strategic growth plan.</li><li>
Assists in developing and maintaining new policies, procedures, and training programs for the company.</li><li>
Participates in day-to-day workflow and huddles to facilitate productivity and customer service.</li><li>
Develops strong inter-department teamwork to meet the needs of the patients and drives decision-making and other actions.</li><li>
Identifies and implements opportunities to build employee morale and individual motivation.</li><li>
Works to improve profit and loss performance. Participates in purchasing and inventory management.</li><li>
Prepares and reviews operational reports and provider schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency to provide the best possible quality patient care.</li><li>
Responsible for assuring customer/patient service needs are met. Monitors patient service feedback and contributes to the process of resolving complaints and service issues.</li><li>
Serves as the first point of contact for patient and external customer complaints. Reconcile and investigate all complaints relating to practice operations.</li><li>
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, employees, other managers, and providers. Supports a positive image of the company inside and outside the organization.</li><li>
Proactively identifies opportunities to expand revenue sources.</li><li>
Recommends cost saving methods to improve efficiency of clinic.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with applicable government laws, rules, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Provide general support to visitors.</li><li>
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.</li><li>
Ensures that the facility is clean, neat, professional, well maintained and conveys a feeling of confidence to our patients, their families, and our physician customer</li></ul></div>
