Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve safety standards, and support continuous manufacturing operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality and innovation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes swiftly.</li><li>Repair and replace mechanical parts using precision measuring instruments, and hand tools.</li><li>Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach machinery.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records.</li><li>Collaborate with operations teams to support manufacturing processes.</li><li>Conduct safety inspections adhering to industrial electrician standards, including high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Assist in training team members on proper maintenance procedures and the use of analysis tools like ammeters and ohmmeters.</li><li>Support customer service initiatives by ensuring machinery operates reliably to meet production deadlines.</li><li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV security cameras and systems.</li><li>Perform other routine building repair and maintenance including lighting, plumbing, etc.</li><li>Lead other special projects and tasks as directed by management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment.</li><li>Strong electrical experience with knowledge of industrial electrician practices, including troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics interpretation, and mechanical repairs.</li><li>Familiarity with analysis tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC/R systems maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.</li><li>Experience working in a field service capacity or supporting manufacturing operations is highly desirable.</li><li>Military background or training in industrial maintenance adds valuable discipline and technical skills.</li><li>Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to excellence in industrial maintenance!
