 Junior Technical Support Specialist
 
 &nbsp;to join our After Sales Technical Department in Istanbul. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals passionate about technology, electronics, and AV systems, eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide&nbsp;first-line technical support&nbsp;to customers via email, phone, or in person for a wide range of professional audio, video, and IT products
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose and troubleshoot&nbsp;hardware and software issues on-site or through remote access
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform&nbsp;repairs, part replacements, firmware upgrades, and detailed inspections for returned or defective units
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct&nbsp;product testing, calibration, and validation&nbsp;to ensure functionality before and after repairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle&nbsp;RMA coordination&nbsp;and communication with international vendors and manufacturers
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and organize service tools, spare parts inventory, and workshop cleanliness
 </li>
 <li>
 Support logistics team by&nbsp;checking inbound and outbound products&nbsp;for DOA and quality issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Document all support interactions, repair activities, and product history using internal tracking systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creating and updating&nbsp;technical documentation, repair guides, and service manuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams for advanced troubleshooting cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal demo units and showroom maintenance by ensuring devices are always operational
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in&nbsp;internal training sessions and technical certifications&nbsp;to stay updated on latest technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend technical webinars or training sessions from manufacturers when required
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree or diploma in Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic hands-on experience (internship or 1&ndash;2 years) in electronics or technical support
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with professional AV/video products is a strong advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic networking and computer troubleshooting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Windows and macOS systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and grow within a technical environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in
