Position: Business Development ExecutiveType: Full-time - OnsiteLocation: I-10/3, Islamabad, PakistanTimings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Pakistan Time)Department: Marketing And SalesOverviewAs a Business Development Executive at Marsons, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, researching and qualifying prospective clients, and supporting revenue generation initiatives. This role is highly research-driven and requires strong judgment, data accuracy, and an ability to assess business readiness and potential. The position focuses on lead identification/qualification, market research, and supporting sales and growth strategies across multiple industries and regions.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation/QualificationResearch and identify high-quality prospective clients within defined industries and geographic marketsApply qualification criteria to ensure leads meet business requirementsExclude ineligible businesses based on predefined rules and standardsBuild and maintain structured lead lists for outreach and sales use2. Market/Business ResearchAnalyze businesses to assess commercial potential, maturity, and fitEvaluate online presence, brand positioning, and operational indicatorsUse multiple reliable sources to validate business information, including company websites, social media business profiles, business directories and public listingsCollect, verify, and organize key business information, including company name and industry, location and contact details, and website and digital presence indicators4. Data Accuracy And DocumentationPresent research findings clearly using tables, spreadsheets, or CRM toolsMaintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and completenessSupport sales, marketing, and leadership teams with actionable insightsClearly explain research logic, assumptions, and lead selection rationaleManage time effectively and deliver results within defined timelines5. CollaborationSupport sales, marketing, and leadership teams with actionable insightsClearly explain research logic, assumptions, and lead selection rationaleManage time effectively and deliver results within defined timelinesAid Head of Marketing/Sales in developing and optimizing both new and existing lead generation and conversion strategies along with other business developer initiatives as needed.Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in sales and/or marketingFresh grad or 1 year of experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or market research preferredStrong business research and analytical skillsAttention to detail and data validationAbility to follow structured qualification rules without deviationClear written communication and documentation skillsSelf-directed and comfortable working independentlyJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
