Position: Business Development Executive

Type: Full-time - Onsite

Location: I-10/3, Islamabad, Pakistan

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Pakistan Time)

Overview

As a Business Development Executive at Marsons, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, researching and qualifying prospective clients, and supporting revenue generation initiatives. This role is highly research-driven and requires strong judgment, data accuracy, and an ability to assess business readiness and potential. The position focuses on lead identification/qualification, market research, and supporting sales and growth strategies across multiple industries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation/Qualification

Research and identify high-quality prospective clients within defined industries and geographic markets

Apply qualification criteria to ensure leads meet business requirements

Exclude ineligible businesses based on predefined rules and standards

Build and maintain structured lead lists for outreach and sales use

2. Market/Business Research

Analyze businesses to assess commercial potential, maturity, and fit

Evaluate online presence, brand positioning, and operational indicators

Use multiple reliable sources to validate business information, including company websites, social media business profiles, business directories and public listings

Collect, verify, and organize key business information, including company name and industry, location and contact details, and website and digital presence indicators

4. Data Accuracy And Documentation

Present research findings clearly using tables, spreadsheets, or CRM tools

Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Support sales, marketing, and leadership teams with actionable insights

Clearly explain research logic, assumptions, and lead selection rationale

Manage time effectively and deliver results within defined timelines

5. Collaboration

Support sales, marketing, and leadership teams with actionable insights

Clearly explain research logic, assumptions, and lead selection rationale

Manage time effectively and deliver results within defined timelines

Aid Head of Marketing/Sales in developing and optimizing both new and existing lead generation and conversion strategies along with other business developer initiatives as needed.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in sales and/or marketing

Fresh grad or 1 year of experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or market research preferred

Strong business research and analytical skills

Attention to detail and data validation

Ability to follow structured qualification rules without deviation

Clear written communication and documentation skills

Self-directed and comfortable working independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
