Red Star Technologies is seeking an Upwork Bidder Intern to support client acquisition efforts while gaining hands-on experience in proposal development, client communication, and project coordination. This role is well-suited for individuals aiming to build a foundation in freelancing platforms and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Assist in drafting tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Support communication with potential clients to gather project details and ensure clarity.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to contribute to proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of bids, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and tracking project pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms (training will be provided).
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
