Job Title: HR & Content Assistant Intern

Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time Paid Internship (Leading to Full-Time Role)

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Working Hours: Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

Hashtag Media is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented HR & Content Assistant Intern who will work closely with both the HR Department and Content Manager. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and digital content management in a fast-paced media environment.

This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to learn, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing employee concerns and maintaining HR records.
• Support recruitment for junior and senior positions.
• Help with company-wide communication and documentation.
• Assist in issuing contracts, salary slips, and certificates.
• Maintain employee salary records and support payroll processes.
• Manage and post job listings on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Track employee performance and address concerns professionally.

Content Responsibilities:

• Assist the Content Manager in daily content planning and execution.
• Help create and edit content for social media.
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and viral content formats.
• Organize digital assets and manage project files.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends, formats, and platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Canva
• Strong research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Passion for content creation and willingness to learn.
