We’re looking for an Assistant Manager - B2B Sales to join our team at Safa Burj Mall.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate or corporate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a strong network of dealers, brokers, and real estate agencies to promote company projects.
- Conduct regular market visits to build relationships with dealers and real estate brokers.
- Organize and lead project presentations, meetings, and site visits for brokers and their clients.
- Generate sales leads and secure bookings through dealer partnerships and channel activities.
- Maintain a structured dealer management system with effective follow-ups.
- Ensure timely dealer registration, documentation, and commission processing.
- Keep dealers and affiliates updated on construction progress and project developments.
- Monitor and report broker performance, sales pipeline, and market insights to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics.
- Support and participate in dealer engagement initiatives, corporate events, and property expos.

Timings : 10 AM - 6 PM
Performance bonus: Based on results

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
