Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Entry Level Sales and Marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in sales and marketing, with a focus on outside sales and business development. This position will involve both B2B sales and marketing initiatives, allowing you to gain valuable experience in the field.Duties<ul><li>Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, promoting our products and services.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through effective account management.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.</li><li>Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and analyzing sales data.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.</li><li>Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.</li><li>Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques is advantageous.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership potential through previous roles or projects is desirable.</li><li>A passion for technology sales or technical products is beneficial.
