Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Entry Level Sales and Marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in sales and marketing, with a focus on outside sales and business development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engaging with clients and contributing to our growth strategy. This position will involve both B2B sales and marketing initiatives, allowing you to gain valuable experience in the field.

Duties

  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, promoting our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and analyzing sales data.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through previous roles or projects is desirable.
