About the RoleHome Healers is a growing home healthcare platform in Saudi Arabia, providing physiotherapy, nursing, and rehabilitation services at home.We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation &amp; Outreach Specialist to help us build partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and corporates.This role focuses on generating qualified meetings &mdash; not closing deals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and build targeted lists of companies (hospitals, insurance, corporates)</li><li>Research and find decision-makers (CEO, Medical Director, HR, etc.)</li><li>Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and cold email</li><li>Send follow-ups and maintain communication with prospects</li><li>Book qualified meetings for the management team</li><li>Track all outreach activities using CRM or spreadsheets</li><li>Continuously improve outreach performance and response rates</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or similar roles</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting</li><li>Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar</li><li>Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)</li><li>Strong written communication skills in English</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet KPIs</li></ul>Important NoteWe prioritize candidates based on execution and practical skills, not only CVs.Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsWork Location: Hybrid remote in Cairo
