B2B Lead Generation + Outreach Specialist

About the Role

Home Healers is a growing home healthcare platform in Saudi Arabia, providing physiotherapy, nursing, and rehabilitation services at home.

We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us build partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and corporates.

This role focuses on generating qualified meetings — not closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build targeted lists of companies (hospitals, insurance, corporates)
  • Research and find decision-makers (CEO, Medical Director, HR, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and cold email
  • Send follow-ups and maintain communication with prospects
  • Book qualified meetings for the management team
  • Track all outreach activities using CRM or spreadsheets
  • Continuously improve outreach performance and response rates

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
  • Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
