Business Development Executive

Sales Development Partner – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Type: Part-Time | Remote | Commission-Based

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and polished Sales Development Partner to support the continued growth of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice.

This role is designed for individuals who excel at opening doors, building interest, and initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers. You will represent our brand at the earliest stage of the client journey—articulating the strategic value of Dynamics 365 and positioning our solutions with clarity and confidence.

This is not a high-volume sales role. It is a focused, quality-driven position centered on identifying the right opportunities and creating strong, well-qualified introductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-potential organizations aligned with our target market
  • Execute thoughtful outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Initiate conversations with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Communicate a clear, high-level narrative of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its business impact
  • Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, readiness, and potential value
  • Coordinate and schedule tailored product demonstrations with our internal team
  • Maintain a disciplined and organized pipeline of outreach and opportunities

Scope of Role

This position is focused exclusively on opportunity creation and early-stage engagement.
You will not be responsible for full product demonstrations or closing engagements.

Ideal Profile

  • Naturally articulate, confident, and credible in professional conversations
  • Experienced in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand business needs quickly
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and results-oriented in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
