Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy to penetrate new international markets and increase market share.

Relationship Architecture: Cultivate and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and champion of Rubikal’s value proposition.

Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial high-level prospecting and qualification to complex contract negotiations and final closing.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain rigorous oversight of the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasting, clear reporting, and strategic insights to executive leadership.

Requirements-
Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in sales within the software development, IT consulting, or outsourcing industry

Enterprise Fluency: Exceptional experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients in MENA, the U.S, and European markets.

Consultative Approach: A deep understanding of modern software engineering processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Product Lifecycle) and the ability to speak the language of both business and technical stakeholders.
