Partnership Operations Intern

A Partnership Operations Intern supports strategic alliances by managing partner databases, researching opportunities, and facilitating communication. Key tasks include auditing partner portals, assisting with event planning, and creating performance reports. The role is ideal for students in business or social sciences seeking experience in process optimization and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & System Management: Maintain partnership databases, audit partner portals (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon, JIRA), and track performance metrics.
  • Partner Support & Engagement: Assist with outreach, onboarding new partners, and acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and analyze existing partnership performance.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule meetings, draft partnership proposals, and support the execution of partnership events or campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong communication skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively.
