Sales Development Representative

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Qualify prospects and generate new businesses with customers within the company’s sales cycle. 
  • Schedule potential customers for meetings with sales executives’ team members.
  • follow up and track progress on previously scheduled sales leads.
  •  Use Daftra’s CRM (HubSpot) to utilize & record documents, notes and sales activities as per the sales cycle. 
  • Pursue additional sales and business development opportunities in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 6 months - 1  years sales experience.
  • Prior experience with Hubspot CRM is preferable.
  • POS or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience is preferable.
  • Good Customer Handling skills.
  • Excellent presentation & communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Very Good command of English. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment. 
  • Problem solver.
