Manager/Head of Sales – SaaS

We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.

We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling mazeed’s SaaS sales function, with full ownership of direct SaaS revenue growth. This includes hiring and developing the sales team, establishing scalable sales processes, managing pipeline and forecasts, and driving consistent client acquisition and quota achievement. The objective is to build a high-performing sales organization capable of rapidly expanding mazeed’s SaaS client base across the UAE and GCC.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale the SaaS sales team (SDRs and Account Executives)

  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual SaaS sales targets

  • Design and implement a structured, scalable SaaS sales process

  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline

  • Improve conversion rates across the entire sales funnel

  • Establish clear KPIs, quotas, and performance management frameworks

  • Coach and develop the sales team to maximize performance

  • Ensure accurate CRM management, pipeline visibility, and forecasting

  • Work closely with marketing, partnership and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree in a relevant field

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS, including 2 years of managerial experience leading and develiping sales teams

  • Experience scaling sales in a high-growth environment

  • Proven experience building and managing sales teams

  • Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market businesses

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills

  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce

This role is hiring at multi-level; a strong Head of Sales meeting the desireable points would be prioritized if:

  • You bring experience in fintech, accounting, ERP

  • GCC market experience

  • Stronger managerial experience with larger cross-border team
