This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a positive office culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files</li><li>Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff members</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Assist with customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email, providing support or directing to appropriate departments</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and phone etiquette is essential</li><li>Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail with proofreading skills and accuracy in typing and data entry tasks</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant where your proactive attitude and organizational prowess will help create a vibrant, efficient workplace.
