Role Summary -Provide marketing support to Global markets. The role is to provide brand messages, promotional tools, and training for Medicom&rsquo;s products in these markets.Geographic area: GlobalGeneral responsibilities (International):<ul><li>Consistently deliver on sales, marketing expenses and brand profit objectives.</li><li>Provide training (therapy and brand).</li><li>Develop market-specific initiatives and execution plans.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and adapt tactics and strategy.</li><li>Ensure the team is updated with competitor information and key messaging to counter competitor claims.</li><li>Develop communication plans for healthcare professionals (ophthalmologists, optometrists, pharmacists, etc.), educational initiatives, public/patient awareness programs (where feasible), and other innovative marketing programs.</li><li>Support with promotional tools and tactics for expanding brand market share in existing and future markets.</li><li>Ensure full adherence to compliance policies (MHRA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.</li><li>To present monthly brand performance for products handled.</li></ul>Preferences: <ul><li>Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing experience</li><li>Strong understanding of global branding and product positioning.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;3,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>
