Role Summary -

Provide marketing support to Global markets. The role is to provide brand messages, promotional tools, and training for Medicom’s products in these markets.

Geographic area: Global

General responsibilities (International):

  • Consistently deliver on sales, marketing expenses and brand profit objectives.
  • Provide training (therapy and brand).
  • Develop market-specific initiatives and execution plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt tactics and strategy.
  • Ensure the team is updated with competitor information and key messaging to counter competitor claims.
  • Develop communication plans for healthcare professionals (ophthalmologists, optometrists, pharmacists, etc.), educational initiatives, public/patient awareness programs (where feasible), and other innovative marketing programs.
  • Support with promotional tools and tactics for expanding brand market share in existing and future markets.
  • Ensure full adherence to compliance policies (MHRA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
  • To present monthly brand performance for products handled.

Preferences:

  • Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of global branding and product positioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
