Role Summary -
Provide marketing support to Global markets. The role is to provide brand messages, promotional tools, and training for Medicom’s products in these markets.
Geographic area: Global
General responsibilities (International):
- Consistently deliver on sales, marketing expenses and brand profit objectives.
- Provide training (therapy and brand).
- Develop market-specific initiatives and execution plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt tactics and strategy.
- Ensure the team is updated with competitor information and key messaging to counter competitor claims.
- Develop communication plans for healthcare professionals (ophthalmologists, optometrists, pharmacists, etc.), educational initiatives, public/patient awareness programs (where feasible), and other innovative marketing programs.
- Support with promotional tools and tactics for expanding brand market share in existing and future markets.
- Ensure full adherence to compliance policies (MHRA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- To present monthly brand performance for products handled.
Preferences:
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing experience
- Strong understanding of global branding and product positioning.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
