We are committed to delivering reliable safety solutions that ensure compliance and on-site worker protection.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3&ndash;5 years of experience in PPE or construction-related product sales. The role involves extensive field visits, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the Delhi NCR construction market.Key Responsibilities● Promote and sell PPE products such as safety helmets, gloves, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety harnesses, goggles, and other industrial safety equipment.● Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors.● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.● Monitor competitor activities and market trends.● Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications● 3&ndash;5 years of proven sales experience in PPE, industrial safety products, or construction materials.● Strong network within contractors, builders, and project managers.● Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability.● Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.● Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).Preferred Candidate Profile● Good understanding of Delhi NCR construction market.● Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.● Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many total years of experience in total you have?</li><li>What is your current in-hand salary?</li><li>What is your expected in-hand salary?</li><li>Do you have experience in dealing with PPE Product?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
