Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in PPE or construction-related product sales. The role involves extensive field visits, client acquisition, and revenue generation within the Delhi NCR construction market.

Key Responsibilities

● Promote and sell PPE products such as safety helmets, gloves, safety shoes, reflective jackets, safety harnesses, goggles, and other industrial safety equipment.

● Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and distributors.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.

● Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

● Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3–5 years of proven sales experience in PPE, industrial safety products, or construction materials.

● Strong network within contractors, builders, and project managers.

● Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability.

● Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

● Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Good understanding of Delhi NCR construction market.

● Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

● Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
