Job Description:

<ul><li>Coordinate and manage the purchase of goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and contracts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate delivery and documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform vendor analysis and manage the vendor database.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid stock shortages.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure timely payment of purchase invoices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process invoices and ensure they are correctly recorded in the accounting system.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor expenses and help maintain the company&rsquo;s budget.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as requested.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain Monthly Record of short shipment from supplier</li></ul>
<ul><li>Faulty item/QC failed item return and repair register</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supplier Audit data and Performance rating data to be prepare</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordination with supplier &ndash; for GST Verification and MSME compliance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Order Board and Item Request tracking &ndash; status of order &ndash;</li></ul>
