Job Responsibility:
<div>
<ul><li>Spares/Accessories and Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Can do Board repairing, components replacement, components identify diodes, filter, capacitors, ICs, sensors, knowledge of PCB design, Transformer, power adaptors, ICs program, can research on components equivalent etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Documents test results and equipment history.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Research technical issues using all available data.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Installation and maintenance of various Bio-medical products across the country at customer&rsquo;s site Trouble shoots and identifies the correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Travels for onsite repairs and installations.</li></ul>

AUTHORITIES

<ul><li>Diagnose and repair faulty biomedical equipment boards (e.g., PCB, microchips, and electronic circuits).
</li></ul><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various biomedical equipment in line with safety standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct troubleshooting to identify faults in the electrical systems of biomedical devices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Test and calibrate repaired boards to ensure they meet operational standards and are functioning correctly.
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct performance checks and ensure all repaired boards meet quality standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Handle and maintain equipment and tools necessary for board repair.</li></ul>

Service Engineer

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / Director Biomedical / Imaging Division Head

Qualification:B.com/E &amp; C

Experience: 1-3 years&rsquo; experience

Job Responsibility:

<ul><li>Coordinate and manage the purchase of goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. 2. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and contracts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate delivery and documentation. 5. Perform vendor analysis and manage the vendor database.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid stock shortages. 7. Ensure timely payment of purchase invoices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process invoices and ensure they are correctly recorded in the accounting system. 9. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor expenses and help maintain the company&rsquo;s budget.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as requested.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain Monthly Record of short shipment from supplier</li></ul>
<ul><li>Faulty item/QC failed item return and repair register</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supplier Audit data and Performance rating data to be prepare</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordination with supplier &ndash; for GST Verification and MSME compliance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Order Board and Item Request tracking &ndash; status of order</li></ul>

</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure purchases align with the company&rsquo;s budget and cost-saving strategies.</li></ul>

1) Handling of Heavy Medical equipments on site

2) Managing Pre- Installation activities /Mechanical Installation of equipment&rsquo;s

3) Have technical knowledge in broad area.

4) Coordination &amp; collaboration with customer site staff and company engineers to resolve on-site issues and ensure proper execution.
