Qualification: BE /Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Electronic & Communication Engineering
Experience: 0 to 4 Year Experience in relevant Field
Job Responsibility:
- Spares/Accessories and Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
- Can do Board repairing, components replacement, components identify diodes, filter, capacitors, ICs, sensors, knowledge of PCB design, Transformer, power adaptors, ICs program, can research on components equivalent etc.
- Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
- Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
- Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
- Documents test results and equipment history.
- Research technical issues using all available data.
- Installation and maintenance of various Bio-medical products across the country at customer’s site Trouble shoots and identifies the correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problems.
- Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
AUTHORITIES
- Diagnose and repair faulty biomedical equipment boards (e.g., PCB, microchips, and electronic circuits).
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various biomedical equipment in line with safety standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify faults in the electrical systems of biomedical devices.
- Test and calibrate repaired boards to ensure they meet operational standards and are functioning correctly.
- Conduct performance checks and ensure all repaired boards meet quality standards.
- Handle and maintain equipment and tools necessary for board repair.
