Job DescriptionDesignation: Tender Executive (Sales Coordinator)Reporting to: National Sales ManagerLocation: Mumbai-HOEducational Qualification: Industry Type:Salary Range:Responsibilities&middot; Identify relevant tender opportunities by searching various tender portals, websites etc.&middot; Downloading tenders and thorough analysis of Technical and Commercial eligibility.&middot; Prepare all the technical and commercial compliance and tender requisition and submit high-quality tender proposals.&middot; Analyzing &amp; Preparing technical &amp; commercial Bid document in compliance with Tender specifications/ requirements.&middot; Establish relationships with Internal teams, Principal companies &amp; key customers in reference to sharing technical &amp; commercial details.&middot; Coordinate with sales, accounts and technical teams for competitive tender responses.<ul><li>Tracking &amp; resolving open concerns &amp; inquiries related to Tender</li></ul>&middot; Preparing and creating various product Catalogue Publication at GeM Portal&middot; Providing and creating Authorization Code to our various Principal companies&middot; Ensure timely uploading &amp; submission of tenders.&middot; Timely &amp; Effective usage of various Portals &amp; internal software for Tender submission.&middot; Dispatch and track of offline submitted tenders.&middot; Analyze previous bid outcomes for continuous improvement and Tender Opening.&middot; Implement strategies to enhance the competitiveness of tender submissions.&middot; Creating Inquiries &amp; submitting quotations for ensuring smooth sales coordination with the sales &amp; service teams.&middot; Vendor Registration &amp; timely payment follow ups.Job Specification&middot; Gathering Tender Information &amp; generating inquiries in CRM/ leads in the GEM portal.&middot; Notifying the bid inquiries to the sales team and getting the product &amp; pricing details to review Tender documents.&middot; Coordination with Sales &amp; Accounts team for EMD and Tender fees approvals.&middot; Effectively uploading EMD details in CRM software &amp; GEM portal.&middot; To raise a request with the principal company, in case of any specific Authorisation required in relation to product, pricing or quotations and keeping a track of the same in Edify.&middot; Preparing quotations, inquiries with complete product details in CRM along with complete product &amp; pricing details.&middot; Preparing technical bid, commercial bid and annexures that are compliant with all requirements as per tender document.&middot; After preparing Technical &amp; commercial bid document, send it to concern person for changes / correction if required.&middot; After resolution obtained uploading the document on the portal.&middot; To submit offline Tenders through courier or through delivery partners.&middot; To regularly keep a check on Bid/Tender opening&middot; Coordinating with the sales team quotes for Discount/Payment terms/Validity and submitting the same in the Portals.&middot; Creating Inquiries &amp; submitting quotations for ensuring smooth sales coordination with the sales &amp; service teams.&middot; To handle Vendor Registration for new customers effectively.Educational QualificationBachelor&rsquo;s Degree OR aboveWorking experience:Have 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement function in a health care/ Biotechnology/ Life Science Industry preferable<ul><li>Tender Executive</li><li>Sales Coordinator</li><li>Tender Management</li><li>Bid Preparation</li><li>Technical &amp; Commercial Bids</li><li>Tender Submission</li><li>Tender Evaluation</li><li>Tender Documentation</li><li>EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)</li><li>GeM Portal</li><li>Vendor Registration</li><li>CRM Software</li><li>Bid Tracking</li><li>Quotation Preparation</li><li>Procurement Function</li><li>Authorization Code / Authorization Letter</li><li>Product Catalogue Publication</li><li>Tender Portal Management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
