Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute monthly peer support group sessions from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate logistics, venues, facilitators, and participant outreach.</li><li>Work closely with the supporting team to ensure smooth on-ground implementation.</li><li>Collect session feedback and impact data, and report outcomes.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of peer support activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in project coordination, community programs, or NGO work.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and fieldwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Passionate about community engagement and peer support.</li></ul>Preference:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working with diabetes, health awareness programs, or peer support initiatives.</li><li>Prior experience in organizing community events, workshops, or group sessions.</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools for program tracking.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse communities.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle logistics independently.</li><li>Comfortable with occasional travel to remote areas for field sessions.</li><li>Have type 1 diabetes or is closely related to someone living with type 1 diabetes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
