We are growing our creative team and looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and build a career with us.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and marketing activities.You will be working on:Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)Posters, flyers, brochures, bannersBranding materials for our IT &amp; BPO servicesBasic marketing and presentation designsFor the first 3 months, you will be in a training/probation period with salary. After successful completion and based on performance, your role and salary will be revised.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creatives based on briefs from the marketing/management teamAdapt designs for different platforms and sizesSupport branding and promotional campaignsCoordinate with digital marketing and IT teamsRequired SkillsKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate)Knowledge of CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator (any one is enough)Basic understanding of layout, color, fonts, and alignmentCreativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learnFreshers are welcome &ndash; portfolio or sample work is an added advantageEligibilityFresh graduates / final year students can applyAny degree / diploma &ndash; field not restrictedStrong interest in graphic design and visual communicationJob DetailsRole: Junior Graphic Designer (Fresher)Type: Full-time (3-month training/probation period)Work Mode: On-site &ndash; Thirumudivakkam, ChennaiJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
