Key Responsibilities:Inbound, Outbound &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Oversee efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.</li><li>Supervise outbound operations to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy through:</li><li>PIC</li><li>Staggered Cycle Count</li><li>Location Accuracy</li><li>Conduct RCA on inventory discrepancies and share learnings in daily huddles to prevent recurrence.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Resource Planning<ul><li>Lead and supervise warehouse staff: checkers, pickers, MHE operators, etc.</li><li>Allocate manpower based on daily volume targets and task requirements.</li><li>Forecast and plan labour needs for peak, non-peak, and just-in-time activities (NV/VA).</li><li>Conduct daily huddles to align team on goals, challenges, and safety updates.</li><li>Foster open communication, provide feedback, and resolve team concerns.</li></ul>Process Optimization &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop and refine warehouse SOPs to improve productivity and accuracy.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene protocols in collaboration with the Safety &amp; Sustainability team.</li><li>Train and onboard new staff; provide ongoing skill development and process training.</li><li>Escalate system issues or operational delays to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Cross-Functional Support<ul><li>Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.</li><li>Track KPIs related to warehouse productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments on warehouse-related initiatives and projects.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and MHE operations.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS/ERP platforms, and reporting tools. Infor LN is preferred</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
