Key Responsibilities:
Inbound, Outbound & Inventory Management
- Oversee efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise outbound operations to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through:
- PIC
- Staggered Cycle Count
- Location Accuracy
- Conduct RCA on inventory discrepancies and share learnings in daily huddles to prevent recurrence.
Team Leadership & Resource Planning
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff: checkers, pickers, MHE operators, etc.
- Allocate manpower based on daily volume targets and task requirements.
- Forecast and plan labour needs for peak, non-peak, and just-in-time activities (NV/VA).
- Conduct daily huddles to align team on goals, challenges, and safety updates.
- Foster open communication, provide feedback, and resolve team concerns.
Process Optimization & Compliance
- Develop and refine warehouse SOPs to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene protocols in collaboration with the Safety & Sustainability team.
- Train and onboard new staff; provide ongoing skill development and process training.
- Escalate system issues or operational delays to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Support
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs related to warehouse productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments on warehouse-related initiatives and projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- 4–6 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and MHE operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS/ERP platforms, and reporting tools. Infor LN is preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
