We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of enterprise risk frameworks and help shape how the organization identifies, evaluates, and mitigates uncertainty. You will work closely with leadership teams, finance, and operations to align risk strategy with business objectives. Growth: We support continuous professional development with opportunities for certifications and leadership training in risk and compliance fields.Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Risk Ownership: Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks across all business units. Ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. Operational Risk Control: Monitor operational processes and implement controls that reduce exposure while improving efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present risk reports to executive leadership with clear insights and recommendations. Crisis Management: Support business continuity planning and lead response strategies during operational disruptions.What We Are Looking For: Experience: 6 plus years in risk management, compliance, audit, or related fields with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or lead role. Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory environments. Tools: Experience with risk management systems, Excel based modeling, and reporting dashboards. Communication: Strong ability to explain complex risk concepts in a clear and practical manner to non technical stakeholders. Mindset: You are analytical, structured, and calm under pressure. You balance risk awareness with business practicality.Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
