We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of enterprise risk frameworks and help shape how the organization identifies, evaluates, and mitigates uncertainty. Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Ownership: Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks across all business units. Ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
Operational Risk Control: Monitor operational processes and implement controls that reduce exposure while improving efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present risk reports to executive leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
Crisis Management: Support business continuity planning and lead response strategies during operational disruptions.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years in risk management, compliance, audit, or related fields with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory environments.
Tools: Experience with risk management systems, Excel based modeling, and reporting dashboards.
Communication: Strong ability to explain complex risk concepts in a clear and practical manner to non technical stakeholders.
Mindset: You are analytical, structured, and calm under pressure. You balance risk awareness with business practicality.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
