Together, let's create environments where comfort meets excellence!DUTIES<ul><li>Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork</li><li>Interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals to complete jobs accurately and efficiently</li><li>Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper function and compliance with manufacturer specifications</li><li>Diagnose and resolve installation issues and system malfunctions</li><li>Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations</li><li>Fabricate and install sheet metal duct systems when required</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas, job sites, and company vehicles</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers to explain system operations and answer questions</li><li>Coordinate with office staff and team members to ensure smooth project scheduling and completion</li><li>Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE and proper handling of refrigerants and tools</li><li>Mentor and support less experienced team members as needed</li></ul>EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation</li><li>Proven ability to install a wide range of systems including split systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits</li><li>Experience reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system layouts</li><li>Familiarity with local HVAC codes and EPA regulations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to safely use hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and installation materials</li><li>Comfortable working on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions</li><li>Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication and duct installation is preferred</li><li>EPA 608 Certification required; NATE certification is a plus</li><li>Strong track record of jobsite efficiency, customer communication, and quality workmanship</li></ul>Our service area covers East Central Indiana.Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
