Overview We are seeking an experienced weekend bartender to join our team at a brewery with a full service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, providing an exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Experience in restaurant or brewery settings preferred.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations</li><li>Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices</li><li>Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware</li><li>Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food safety</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or brewery setting is highly desirable</li><li>Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory calculations</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet service is an advantage</li><li>A passion for the food and beverage industry with a willingness to learn</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
