You are the conductor of the Mellow Mushroom orchestra. You&rsquo;re the first impression for guests, and first impressions set the tone for the guest experience. You greet everyone with a smile (including guests on the phone), maintain the waiting list, and seat guests according to server availability. Your attention to detail and communication skills are valued and crucial.
