We are looking for full-time Social Media Content Creators to join our in-house marketing team!** This position is NOT remote and will require traveling to both our Houston and Clear Lake locations. **Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company&rsquo;s brand, culture, and marketing objectives.</li><li>Create consistent, high-quality content for our social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting marketing campaigns.</li><li>Communicate and engage with social media followers, providing relevant and informative information in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and Instagram Insights to track and evaluate the company&rsquo;s social media presence and performance.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, and suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.</li><li>Assist in writing and editing content for blog posts and website pages.</li><li>Keep up to date on the best marketing practices and emerging trends in social media.</li><li>Perform other job-related duties, as needed or requested.</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: High School diploma required; Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in social media marketing; Experience working in Aesthetics, Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery, strongly preferred.</li><li>Must have proven experience and skills using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and be proficient in computer software &amp; mobile applications - demonstration and/or examples of work is required.</li><li>Must have a thorough understanding of social media marketing and strategy and the ability to deliver professional and creative content (text, image, and video).</li><li>Must be familiar with offered services and procedures, or have strong passion and desire to learn the industry.</li><li>Must possess high attention and care for detail, and naturally possess strong aesthetic sensibilities.</li><li>Must have knowledge of photography/video editing skills, or the ability to quickly learn.</li><li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management skills, and be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be able to take direction well and work as a team player in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Must be comfortable with nudity, graphic material, and sensitive information working in an office and surgical setting environment.</li><li>Must be reliable and self-sufficient when working independently or remotely, and actively involved in all virtual team communication; accessible computer and internet access required.</li></ul>** READ ALL DIRECTIONS TO APPLY **In addition to applying to this job post on Indeed:- Email an updated resume, headshot photo, &amp; cover letter with direct links of your social media profiles or examples of your work to: contact @memorialplasticsurgery.com.- Take a brief 5-minute evaluation survey by copying &amp; pasting this link: &quot;https://www.cultureindex.com/c/T2Ljk0343r/&quot; into an Internet browser.
